  • Troubleshoot over 1000 student/staff and faculty computer- related issues (report available)
  • Install/Setup new computers and related devices as needed
  • Daily interaction with staff, faculty, and student who need computer/software repairs
  • Deliver troubleshooting solutions within stringent timeline
  • Manage/ train employees at any given time
  • Train new IT staff to repair and troubleshoot staff computer systems
  • Designed a streamlined computer work flow system to increase repair productivity (photos below)
  • Generate statistical data on systems serviced and common issues

Along with my other office duties, I was Instructed to create this video for 6,500 people to view at Central State University’s $2.5 Million Dollar Dr. Bill Cosby Challenge at The Ohio State University  (Summer 2009)
