- Troubleshoot over 1000 student/staff and faculty computer- related issues (report available)
- Install/Setup new computers and related devices as needed
- Daily interaction with staff, faculty, and student who need computer/software repairs
- Deliver troubleshooting solutions within stringent timeline
- Manage/ train employees at any given time
- Train new IT staff to repair and troubleshoot staff computer systems
- Designed a streamlined computer work flow system to increase repair productivity (photos below)
- Generate statistical data on systems serviced and common issues
Projects:
- Designed and created Central State University’s PC Repair Center

- Created a Database to log all Central State University student machines and generated statistical data based on the data stored.
- Created 3D Campus map for Central State University’s web site and interactive CD brochure

Along with my other office duties, I was Instructed to create this video for 6,500 people to view at Central State University’s $2.5 Million Dollar Dr. Bill Cosby Challenge at The Ohio State University (Summer 2009)
