Rashad Glover Number One Digital Sales Lead

From 2000-2001 I worked at Sears and Roebucks where I obtained sales experience. I preformed inventory audits, computer (Mac and PC) sales, and home electronic sales. I worked for Sears and Roebucks until I was ready to go to college fall of 2001 were I majored in Industrial Technology and Business (BS).

My life long experience been associated with sales. My sales abilities started at the age of 12, selling candy, carmel apples and “Market Day” groceries exceeding all sales expectation.

This page is dedicated to Information Technology related projects and known software. I’m also listing task that are not related to PC Repair and help-desk, but are also tasked to me because of my knowledge on different topics ,3D Graphics, Engineering and Computer Aided Design (CAD).

This  following information shows the understanding and  relevant experience that Rashad Glover has when it comes to understanding technical minded individuals and technical  situations:

Programmable Logic Controller  Programming experience

Thermal Dynamic and design experience   (Wright Patt Air force Base /Central State University )

This is a design I created for Central State University in conjunction with Wright Patt Air Force Base (Dayton Ohio). This design shows a CNC  ( Computer Numeral Controlled) etched aluminum plate with custom made heat pipes  surrounding the inner copper plate.  The plate is then heated with the heating element (bottom of device) then cooled with the four fans above. The temperature of the device is then measured and timed with and without the fan assembly. There is also a condenser plate under the fan assembly to  aid cooling.

Autodesk AutoCad and Autodesk Inventor Drafting tutor ( 3 years) with a combined 12 year of drafting experience.

This is a Microwave I designed to compilement one of my client’s inventions I drew a couple of years ago. It shows the outer shell, door and the interior with a microwavable plate.

Electron Microscope Training

While training at Wright Patt Air Force Base, I learned how to use a traditional high powered microscope and a Electron Microscope.

CNC Experience

Here are are a couple examples of  exposure I obtained at Central State University’s Manufacture Engineering Department. The larger machine in the following photo is a Cincinnati Milicron located in our S.I.M.P.A.L lab on CSU’s campus. The smaller CNC machine is a Sherline 5400 CNC mill I purchased summer of 2008 along with Mach3  CNC controller software . I also use an open source piece of software called EMC  CNC controller /Programmable logic controller software which allows me to use my cnc machine or program a PLC  in an Linux OS environment.

Circuit Design and Design

For over ten years I have been interested and engaged in multiple projects that have involved electronic circuit design, programming embedded circuits and building apparatuses to accompany them. Displayed  below is one of the first project I was involved in that was sponsored by The Boeing Company. 

The first photo below shows me wiring a special helmet I designed after it left the machine shop with the infrared motion tracking cameras in the background.

This is a video from one of my first engineering classes. I had to design a contraption that could throw a ball across a room and into a box. The process had to be repeatable  to get a passing grade. Here is my simple design drafted in Sketchup and renderd in Carrara 3D  to show its intended use.
